SaddleBred Provisions™ coffee is born of rich Columbian soil, soaking tropical rains, and bright, golden sun.

The most exquisite Columbian Arabica cherries were responsibly sourced from ethical farms, and hand-picked at their peak of ripeness. They were processed and fermented to heighten the fruit’s robust flavor, then dried in the tropical sun for several days until they reached an optimum 11% moisture content.

The processed green seeds we know as coffee beans were sorted and shipped to our roasting house. Small batches were slowly and carefully roasted at 240° (f) to develop the bean’s rich color, bold flavor, and intoxicating aroma.

Available in Ground or Whole-Bean as Palamino (Light), Chestnut (Medium), Mahogany
